Driving Change in the Organization: Opportunity Analysis/Conflict Management

Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing must not only be key negotiators of agreements, but must create agreements that are needed by their internal clients and executive leadership. The must know how to read the tea leaves and understand the winds of change and how to be at the helm of Change Management. As a core skill set in today’s complex environment, Purchasing is not a purchasing agent but a change agent.

All we do needs to start with data. It can come in the form of conversations or pivot tables. Adding external metrics to internal start to build information that will lead to knowledge of how things work within your company. Once the knowledge is gained then you can truly provide business intelligence to your internal leaders.

Join us to discuss the journey from understanding possible opportunities through change management to effect successful transformation. We will discuss:

  •          Data Transformation
  •          Creation of the Opportunity Hypothesis
  •          Stratification of Change Opportunity
  •          Change Management and Defusing Conflicts
  •          Measurement of Success

Join us for an understanding of how to navigate the rough waters and avoid useless confrontation.
