For the past twenty-one years Mark has been designing and delivering human capital solutions for the Life Sciences and highly regulated industry markets.  Mark provides strategic consulting services to bridge the gap, and to efficiently connect customers with, the world’s top talent, via traditional and non-traditional means.  


After receiving a BS degree in Counseling from the University of Connecticut, Mark spent the first five years of his career working in a variety of social service capacities.  During this time Mark obtained a MS license in Social Work and began focusing on identifying work opportunities for people in challenged populations.


In 1997, Mark transitioned to the private business sector with a US based staffing firm. He began recruiting scientists and IT professionals in the Connecticut area. His career growth included leading solution operations, sales and management of the greater New England territory.  He designed and delivered contingent and direct staffing solutions to large and small businesses throughout the Northeast with a primary focus on the pharmaceutical industry.


Currently, Mark works with one of the largest global workforce solutions companies. His focus is on designing and delivering programs that fit today’s complicated and diverse employment markets globally.  Mark and his teams have partnered with many of the industry’s leading companies to design solutions that drive efficiencies, balance costs with the market and exceed business expectations. Some customers include but are not limited to: Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Novartis, Baxter, Sanofi, Purdue Pharma, GE Healthcare, Unilever.

Mark is a member of NMSDC, ASA, SHRM and other US based human capital and procurement based member groups.
